Inspired by her travels, Linda Hayes created this beautiful quilt! Each row has a special meaning. Join us each month as she shares memories of her trip & teaches a new block for the row. Both the trip & the quilt are "Worth the Wait."

"....when I got home I knew what my memory quilt of Canada and the Rockies had to look like. It had to have the mountains, water, and trees
that my sister talked about. It had to have the beautiful blues, greens and grays of the scenery of the area. And it had to pay tribute to the
Indigenous peoples of the area."

Standard supplies to include – machine with a 1⁄4” foot, rotary cutter and small mat, rulers, including one that is at least 9” square.
The trees are foundation paper pieced, so an “Add A Quarter” ruler is very helpful.
The geese are made oversized and then trimmed to size – the “Wing Clipper” ruler is fantastic to use for that.
